An efficient brushless and cordless circular saw for wood. Suitable for 165 mm diameter blades with a maximum cutting depth of 57 mm. Ventilation air is directed through the front to keep the cutting line clear and an LED lamp provides additional illumination. Compatible with a parallel guide. Two 5.0 Ah batteries and a quick charger in a MakPac case.

This handheld circular saw is extremely compact and light thanks to its brushless motor and table and blade guide made of cast magnesium. The tool is 350 mm long, 238 mm high and only 170 mm wide. It weighs only 3.3 kg, including batteries!Thanks to Makita's Li-ion batteries and brushless motor, the DHS680 works for a long time without having to change batteries. The saw requires 165 mm blades with a 20 mm bore diameter. The saw's maximum cutting capacity is 57 mm at a 90° angle and 41 mm at a 45° angle.For optimal operation, the cutting speed changes automatically depending on the load. Under heavy load, the speed is reduced to a level that the electronic system can keep constant. In case of overload, the tool is automatically switched off.
